At factories of enterprises in Luxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the two production lines of Zhongxin Technology are being built. The output value of these two production lines will reach 500 million yuan once completed.

Luxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone focused on the manufacturing industry, constantly enhanced the industrial carrying capacity, strived to build an industrial platform to undertake industrial transfer, and created a new road of sustainable development of industrialization with its own characteristics.
At present, the new material products manufactured by the enterprises in the park have been widely used in all walks of life. It is worth noting that the micro spherical aluminum powder has played an important role in formulating national industry standards. And the relevant products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions like Russia, South Korea and Japan, which take the lead in the industry.
The park was rated as a provincial high-tech industrial development zone in 2016, and is currently developing itself into a national high-tech industrial development zone.
The construction of hardware facilities in the park is the basis for industrial development. Luxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone has actively built an enterprise development platform, and constantly improved the park’s infrastructure.
A total of 3 billion yuan has been invested to promote infrastructure construction. The construction of such infrastructure projects as 220KV substation and standard plant has been implemented. The quality of supporting facilities like water, electricity and roads has been further improved. These projects have enhanced the park’s infrastructure supporting capacity.
Taking Luxi Provincial High-tech Zone as the carrier, efforts have been made to build scientific innovation service platform in the park, create an incubation base, and establish a provincial mass innovation space.
Up to now, a total of 17 provincial research and development platforms have settled in Luxi including Hunan Vanadium Alloy Engineering Technology Research Center, Hunan Photovoltaic Special Aluminum Matrix Composite Powder New Material Engineering Technology Research Center and Hunan Zinc Waste Residue Resources Comprehensive Utilization Engineering Technology Research Center.
Science and technology constitute a primary productive force, and innovation is the inexhaustible power of sci-tech progress.
Based on the distinctive advantageous industries of Luxi, the park has actively built industry-university-research cooperation platforms. Over 50 enterprises in Luxi County have successively established cooperation relationships with such universities and colleges as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Central South University and Hunan University. The key technical problems that constrain industrial development have been solved through achievements transfer, cooperative development and commissioned development.
As the main engine and stronghold of the economic development of Luxi County, Luxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone has strived to build a new industrial benchmark area in Xiangxi, so that the park economy has developed well and rapidly.
So far, there are 92 enterprises in the high-tech zone, including 22 high-tech enterprises, 2 regional equity listed enterprises, and 2 enterprises to be listed. 4 industrial chains of new manganese zinc vanadium materials, aluminum-based high-performance composite materials, advanced energy storage materials and lithium batteries and biomedicine have been formed, with more than 40 varieties of products.
In the face of the impact exerted by the epidemic on the market and the continuous economic downturn, the local government of Luxi has taken a series of measures to optimize the business environment.
This year, Luxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone set up an enterprise service center on the first floor of the incubation base of the park. There are six windows, including guidance and consultation, comprehensive acceptance and return visit. There are also 7 full-time service and agency personnel. In addition, a part-time agency team was set up to provide free agency and assistance services for enterprises and the masses.
